"Young" 47 here. I think this truck will eventually attract older as well as definetly the younger crowd, because to thos like me who were teens during the muscle car era, to have a truck that sounds and performs like the Titan fills a niche that used to be occupied by our 66 Mustang, 69 or 73 Camaro, or 87 Grand National, but with the utility of a truck and the space of a Crew Cab to haul the family around.
The Titan Fooking Rawks!!!

I'm 53. I had an Explorer 4X4 for 7 years and really enjoyed it. I just sold it last week.
I'd been toying with the idea of a 4X4 truck for sometime. My coworker, who is about my age kept telling me about the Titan. So one day we went to a dealer for a look-see. I was very impressed with construction and ergonomics of the Titan. I wasn't really ready to buy. As time went on, I checked out Ford, Chevy and GMC. They were priced too high for what you get and in my opinion, not nearly as well made.
After test driving a Titan, I was sold! I got a 4X4 XE in Radient Silver with the towing package, popular package. I had the bed Rhino sprayed and had Nissan Radient Silver add to match the truck. Then I took it back to Ziebart and had it treated and totally corrosion protected. i live in chicagoland and that is a must!
Now my only regret is that I wish that I would have bought at least the SE. I thought that the front chrome bumper and grille were add-ons. Well I had a rude awakening. I now have beautiful stainless steel, 4 piece grille inserts still in the box that probably wont be put on. I didn't do a good job with my homework on that issue.
Otherwise, I am extremely satisfied with my Titan. No regrets in that respect.

Do a search. There are a lot of SE and LE owners willing to trade fronts with an XE without the chrome. Post it for trade and see what happens.
