I tow a 31 ft. trailer (34'10" to the hitch) but I use a Hensley Arrow sway system. There simply is no sway. However, in high winds you can feel the truck being pushed to the side by the wind pressure on the trailer. Interesting, but not nearly as scary as no sway control in the high winds I've been in. Trailer loading is also vital. Just towed a uhaul 12 footer across country and it swayed too much so I kept moving things to the back of the truck to get rid of the sway.
