I am new to this forum, just started reading all the threads concerning towing as I am purchasing a TT 26' long and also have to haul my 750# bike in the bed. Have alredy read many of the old threads and have been able to get a ton of usefull info. Looking forward to this new one as well.

I have the 2004 SE CC w/o BT so I do not have the extendable mirrors. I am going to but the factory BT mirrors and was wondering if anyone out there had ever changed them out? I looked for a thread on this but could not find one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Remove the door panel.. It's a piece of cake once you've had to do it a few times...

Someone hit me up with a PM if you don't mind walking me through some basic towing info. All I've towed before is a boat or two. I've got an '06 king cab 4x4 SE with the towing package and I'm looking at getting a 7k# trailer to tow when I move cross country. I need some academics on basic towing stuff (hitches, weight distro and anti-sway) and figured this would be a good place to ask what I need to get. Just towing to move right now, not an everyday thing so I don't want to break the bank with a gucci setup. I just want to make sure I cover all the bases. Thanks in advance...
