New Hitch-break Light Problems,help

I have 06 cc, just installed OEM hitch with all wiring and relays. My problem is no right hand brake or turn lights. Left side fine, even have running lights. Re traced my steps and checked everything. I feel it is in the relays, there is only three connector spots for relays in my box everything else is blank. I tried to remove the relays but they just won't come out. The instructions are pretty easy so I can't figure what I did wrong. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Help please.

If you have all three relays correctly installed, maybe a BCM problem? See post #9

This may be a dumb question, but did you check the bulb?

Not a dumb question at all. I recently bought a new flashlight because I didn't notice the filament in the bulb of the old one was open.
