Want to make tow-worthy (and those big tow mirrors would be cool too)
The bumpers are rated at 5000 pounds according to the owner's manual, do you just buy a ball hitch, punch out the rubber by the license plate, and off you go? What's the best way to punch out the rubber hole, as well?
I didn't get the big tow package because I didn't, well, need it, but every time I see a Titan with the big tow mirrors, I think it looks bigger and more professional in general, like an F250 next to an F150. Are there mirrors for sale or for trade somewhere for someone who wants to "downgrade"?

You can order the tow mirrors from your nissan dealer, their around $330 to $399 for them and buy the tow hitch which bolts on the titan rear

Use a hole saw for the plastic cover.
Keep in mind, with a tow ball on the bumper rather than a receiver hitch, you can't change the drop to accomodate different trailers.

Just traded out my BT mirrors for some regular ones with another local TT member. I'll never tow anything wide enough to need them and they just didn't look right to me. To each his own though. Keep a watch out here, there are a few people on both sides of the fence looking to trade. I think down time is what stops most which is why I was lucky to find someone local.

I wouldnt put 5000 lbs on that bumper! I dont care what that manual says. I would get a real hitch if I was towing that much!!

Your best option is to get the OEM tow hitch. It's the only one that comes complete. It comes with the hitch, the plug and play harness, and all the needed relays for the lights to work. And if you get it here YourNissanParts.com it's not really any more than the aftermarket ones by the time you run around and get all the other needed parts that don't come with the aftermarket hitches.
