I've found the OEM hitch online which includes the hitch, wiring, and relays. My question is how long it takes to install. Maybe i'm underestimating the job, but it seems like the hitch itself wouldn't take more than 10 minutes or so, I mean, the holes are already there. It seems like as long as you have your torque wrench handy, it should be a snap. As for the wiring, don't you just plug in the harness to the wiring that's already there (taking the protective cap off). And don't the relays just plug in like a fuse? Again, maybe i'm oversimplifying things, but it just seems like a fairly simple install.

You're not underestimating the task.....the most difficult part for me was finding the correct angle to use the torque wrench while tightening the bolts.
Yea, I'd be interested in that link. I'm pretty interested too!

The hitch is pretty heavy, so you may need a friend to help lift it up there, but other than that, its as straightforward as you think. I got mine on myself, but it was a biatch to hold with my knees and one arm, while on my back, to get the bolts started.
Does anyone remember the size of the socket needed for the bolts on the OEM receiver hitch. I just picked one up, but have to travel tonight before I will get a chance to install it. I'm hoping to pick up just that socket before I get to the remote location.

It was a 18 mm wrench torqued to 100 foot pounds. I also had to chase out a couple threads (M12 x 1.25) with a tap to get the bolts in. I used a motorcycle jack to hold it up while I installed it if it wasn't for having to chase out the threads it would have taken less than 1/2 hour. OEM hitch at Nissan $230 came with 2 relays but I still had to buy another one for the second turn signal.

Awesome information guys thanks! Now who knows where we can get it cheapest?

that kit is only rated to 7500 lbs. what if you want to tow more?
My car trailer is 3k and my supra is 4K then you toss in the fuel, tires, parts, your over weight. Not to mention when i have to tow my benz tp the dealer its 6K on the 3K trailer. then what do you do?

If you want to tow more than 7500lb you should've bought a Titan with the factory tow package. Installing the OEM hitch doesn't get you the tow package, which includes different axle ratios.
Don't expect to throw on the OEM hitch and wiring harness and be ready to tow the ~9400lb max.
