Unhappy Another Trailer Lighting Issue

Ok, i have read the other post with trailer lighting problems, but mine is a little different. I have running lights and the right side has turn signals, and brake, but the left side does not. I put a volt meter straight out of the 7 pin at the back of the truck and not getting any readings. I also had blown the 10 amp fuse under the hood for the running lights, after replaced it still no turn signals or brake on the left side, but regained running lights.

I have check every fuse under the hood and in the cab all good.

any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Rob
