What would prevent someone from constructing a utility trailer of the exact dimensions as a Titan truck bed and installing a Utilitrach system in the trailer?
nothing. you could build it anysize you want. the rails come in sections. There are also a couple aftermarket companies that make similar rail systems.
It would be kind of cool to have a trailer with same Unitrak rails, you can use all the cleats and tie-down points on both.

Buy uni-strut from your local home hardware super store. Gonna be a whole lot easier to use, and comes in a better length.

Unistrut is good stuff, but not as classy or as good quality as utilitrak IMO. Also not aluminum at hardware store. If you have utilitrak in your truck, use it for your trailer. the tracks aren't too expensive and cleats are on ebay for 30-50 for a set of 4. It'd be a real winner, even without the pickup bed design.

E-Track already has a big market for trailers. It's really expensive stuff, but there are tons of accessories you can buy with it. I've got 30 feet worth on my utility trailer and couldn't live without it!
