I have towed my Weekend Warrior up the cajon pass at 55 no problem. its pushing 8500 lbs loaded up. you'll be fine.
thats legit, how was passing power on that grade? this thread starter (my buddy too) has a similar load and we were wondering if the Titan would have steam enough on the cajon pass. THX

My TT is just over 8,000 lbs. There was no problem passing everything in sight on the Grape Vine. This truck keeps impressing me and the F350 I passed was also impressed.

The end of this commercial shows the Titan doing exactly what you'll be doing passing up a Semi's uphill pulling a 8000K boat likes its nothing, just remember to make sure you have trailer brakes and controller.
I have used my Titan to tow a 7,000 lb trailer. On the trailer I have hauled 2 John Deere B's at once. The other was a John Deere 40 w/ calcium filled tires and steel plow. I do have the big tow kit and it worked great. 70 mph on PA highways no sweat.
