I have a couple of fiberglass rods that i got at home depot where they have the numbers and letters and mailboxes.
they are about three feet long and i attached them to the rear of the trailer, you have to improvise to suit your needs.it works for me........

I installed 2 antennaes on the back corner of my car hauler and stuck a unocal ball on each one.
It's a big help because the trailer goes below the sight line of the tailgate.

i like the 2 fiberglass rod ideas, i have the same problem, although im not lifted, and i do have the tow mirrors, but backing my empty 18ft car hauler, can be troublesome
