B4 you go spend the money - I bought a U-haul hitch and installed everything myself. It installed very easily - I held one end up with a leg while I got a bolt started on the other side. It is a Class IV (6000#). It cost $130. The trailer light kit was another $28 (plugged right in). I bought the relays from a local truck parts store for $16 (they have the shroud like the factory ones). It looks great and I have no reason to doubt the quality. I'll try to get you some digital pictures tomorrow and post them for you to see. I don't know about you, but I am all about saving a few bucks if quality doesn't suffer.

the nissan hitch has 6 bolts not 4, I really hope the uhaul also has 6 not 4 or you may have a problem
I Did the install of the OEM Hitch on my '05 King Cab.... I already had the torque wrench..... Simple! The Knee trick already mentioned is crutial for the DIYer! Then I had to take my torque wrench to ABALAMA (Alabama) to torque on my mechanicaly declined brothers hitch. (He bought the OEM NISSAN hitch and the relays that are left out, and installed it himself but couldn't get his torque wrench to "CLICK") He just just didn't have the feel/ umph to pull to spec torque...... 6 supplied bolts and torque wrench = easy install. A half inch drive torque wrench with an 18" handle and a few extensions and its done......
I would buy the OEM class 3 and install it myself. The only thing that makes it class 4 is the attachments/ load leveling hitch assembly!

Mixed feeling on the cost of the upgrade, But I LOVE it as much as the '05 King Cab and the '06 Crew Cab!!! The only thing I hate is scrubbing the right rear tire on curbs due to the extra length!

So, just what are the torque specs for the hitch bolts?
BTW for the OP I'd spend the extra dollars and get the factory hitch, I'd trust it over the cheaper U-Haul version, and it sounds like it's NOT rated for over 6000 lbs or a WD...

I installed a U-Haul (Draw-tite), the real specifications are...
6 bolt installation, 12 mm fasteners, 65 ft-lb torque.
Gross load capacity as a weight carrying hitch 6,000 Lbs, 600 Lbs tongue weight.
Gross load when used as a weight distributing hitch, 10,000 Lbs, 1000 Lbs tongue weight.

The tq specs on the OEM hitch are 100ft/lbs and they are 18mm bolts
Decent quality torque wrench at Wally world or even Harbor Freight, 19.99.
bingo. I was just about to say, I'm not gonna tell you it's a "quality piece of equipment", but for the typical dude with few tools who just bought a hitch and wants to put it on himself, and needs a torque wrench, just go to WalMart and pay the $19.99 to $24.99 for their torque wrench in the automotive section and be done with it.
I was in there looking at their torque wrench day before yesterday and it looks like a decent quality, particularly for how cheap it is. Anything under 150 lbs of torque, a cheap wrench will do just fine.
But I'm not an actual mechanic, I just play one on TV...
