I had gone onto the yournissanparts.com website several times and literally came seconds from purchasing the class IV hitch they had on there, when I got the idea that maybe local dealers would price match me. I called both Thoroughbred and Jim Click (where I bought my truck) and only Thoroughbred said they would price match.
So, I printed out the price sheet and brought it in there and they told me they could only do price matches in town. After a little while, the parts salesman and I got to talking trucks and he asked to look at my print out. He was shocked that the price was 198 dollar (before discount) and noted that it was 15% below their selling price.
So, he offered to let me avoid the shipping charges and sell it to me for the 198 quoted. He also gave me a 20% discount on the extra relay I needed for my '06. The total after tax came out to less than 230 dollars.
This is not to take anything away from the yournissanparts guys, I've bought stuff from them before and will do it again. I understand they're a sponsor and that's totally awesome. I just wanted to avoid the shipping risks (I've had shipping messes before with parts) and get some good face time with the local OEM parts dealer.
Flame away.

Both Jim Click and Thoroughbred sucked balls when I was looking to buy my truck. I ended up going to Lawley in Sorry Vista where I got a much better deal (by a couple thousand dollars). Glad you had some luck with them.

Jim Click actually came down on the price of my truck by about 6k, or 20%. I was happy to buy my truck from them. Thoroughbred, on the other hand, has been excellent with their warranty customer service. I even got my timing advance for free (and my camber kit for free as well).

The other 60% being the tranny temp gauge and the lower geared rear end?

Just wanted to add, there was never any mention of heavier springs until 2006. It was not on the list of BIG TOW items for '04-'05.
That's a good price you paid AB. Now you have everything you need hitchwise. and a nice fit. I got mine at my dealer for 240 plus tax. It never hurts to look around.
Yeah, I put in to the gf's parents that a hitch ball and 2-wheel trailer for the turbo ZX2 would be a great Christmas present, now to find a stocking big enough...

Can you provide a link for this information because I just spent 15 minutes looking to no avail.

If you try to buy a new ECU, they come in two flavs IIRC: BT and non-BT. Someone else around here did a rear end swap. It will definately cause some computer related issues. Try a search, sorry I can't remember who it was.
This is the first I've heard of heavier rear springs on the 06 BT. If they are out there I definately need them for my 05. I've got 7 washers on my equalizer hitch and the rear end still sags. I was looking into adding airbags, but I'd rather upgrade the springs.
