22fb fleetwood gearbox towing ???

I am about to purchase a 22 ft front bath fleetwood gearbox toyhauler. Dry weight is 5600lbs gross is 9500lbs. I have a 2006 CC big tow package 4wd. Does anyone think I will have any issues. I will have a prodigy brake controller, weight distribution, swaybar, and eventually airbags. All that will be inside is maybe a golf cart or rino, 1 adult fourwheeler and a kids fourwheeler. I just want to be safe.
