towing with a lift

will towing with a lift decrease the amount i can tow with the vehicle i do have the big tow package

If your truck sits level without a load, yes.

If you're not re-geared to accomodate the tires (35" or larger), yes again.

so if i put jus the leveling kit on the front it will decrease my towing weight, or will i still be fine.

With just a leveling kit you'll be fine. The actual lift kits don't really effect anything other than making your truck sag in the rear when it's loaded because they level the truck out so when it's loaded the rear sags instead of being level like a loaded stock truck. It's the bigger tires that effect the towing capacity more than the actual lift. But if you don't want your truck to sag in the rear when it's loaded you can buy air bags, or do the PRG mini lift so it's taller, yet it keeps the factory forward rake.
