For any one that has had the mcm harness upgrade you might want to know that there are now some fuses under the dash above the throttle area that are for the circut protection on your trailer plug.... I took my dealer hours and a phone call to find out why my Lh turn/stop died in my 7 pin plug,,, Nissan did not tell any one that they added fuses for Lh and Rh circuts to
this,,, so this should help anyone that has problems with loosing power to one or more terminals in you 7 pin plug,,,,
Took me about 2 hours under the hood, bed, and dash before I found those fuses hidden in the holders.
Had everything on the trailer but left stop/turn.
Shredded my hands testing every fuse in the block under the hood, and then started unplugging and plugging around the rear of the truck.
Finally decided to take the brake controller out of the mix by unplugging the harness, and saw those 2 fuses.
I smoked a cigarette and drank 3 beers in frustration and celebration before I changed that piddling mini 10a fuse.
Bastards.

Now you see why you need to sit down with a few beers and an hours worth of time to do a search on Titan Talk......Sorry i had to poke at you a bit.
They are ty-rapped under the driver side dash, right next to the BCM. You would think the dealer would tell you about the upgraded fuses when you have it done.

Thanks for the info, my truck was scheduled for the left hand signal/brake lights on the trailer not working problem on Thursday. They ordered in the BCM as they were not aware of the fuses. After checking the forum on Monday I found the blown fuse and called the dealer. This site has been the best source of info, hats off to all that contribute.

Thanks for the info. Had the BCM mod done before we left. And 2 days into trip Left Brake and stop light quit (my fault, hot plugged the trailer into the truck while the truck was running). After just one beer and half an hour of slow WIFI connection at the campground, found the blown fuse.
Well, just back from 4 day camping trip to northern Vermont. I had replaced the fuse, and that fixed my problem after discovering this issue after the last trip.. Tested the blinkers before leaving and all was fine. About 2 hours into the trip, we stopped at a rest area. Walking back to the truck I unlocked the truck from behind with my FOB. The ""!# left side light on the camper didn't blink. I hopped in my truck and tested the blinkers. The left one on the trailer was out again. I have not gone under the dash again to check the fuse, but can only assume.
So my issue is
- keep buying fuses, or
- take trailer to dealer for inspection
What exactly does the new BCM harness/fuse setup supposed to prevent? I've been hauling my 27' camper for a year and a half without issue. Then I get this BCM done, and its been one headache after another.
I will likely go to the trailer dealer, but would like to provide as much info as possible to them about this new fuse setup.
