U-haul tow hitch? - Page 2

O well so much for it being a easy task

we managed to remove one tow hook np
but the other one is another matter because one of the bolts wouldnt budge so we took it too a garage and it snapped when trying to remove it.

wondering if it would be safe with just the other 5 screws done

5 screws? Each tow hook has two bolts that hold it to the frame. What exactly are you taking apart?

the plates at the back had 5 bolts on each one. 2 either side of the bar and 1 just other side of the exhaust
