Blue Ox Wt. Dist. Hitch

I pull with a Blue Ox Hitch. Anyone else use one? How do yall like them? This is the one they set me up with and I am curious if the old school wt. dist hitch is better. I cant add sway bars, but the leveling bars act as sway control if you keep the lower bolts tight. It is fairly new to the market and I dont see too many on the road.

Looks like a pretty good set up. Same principle as most WD hitches, I'm just a little unsure as to what that is underneath the bar on that right side of the pic.

Re: Blue Ox Wt. Dist. Hitch

I think it is part of their display. That is my hitch. Under the wt. dist bar mounts their are two bolts. I have to keep them tight for my sway control. I like the hitch, but the service department at my camper dealer said they prefer the old school hitch. The hitch is great when you keep the bolts tight.
It is rated at 25000 lbs. Who has a bumper trailer that weighs that much? I dont know. It is a beast of a hitch. It is almost a two man lift.
