Make sure your tire's are at their max psi and since you'll be able to adjust the position of the load, it should be around 12% on the hitch. That's kind of hard to do unless you go to the scales. So if it's 3000 pounds, about 360 pounds on the hitch. Nothing sways worse than a trailer that's tail heavy. I wouldn't worry about the airbags for this weight, a good weight distribution hitch with sway control would help more.
Well it should not have much of a drop with towing 3000 pounds. There is no point of getting airbags?
With that kind of weight, droop won't be much of an issue. I think it is something you can consider after you have the setup. If it sinks too much, do it. If not, won't be necessary.

Any ideas on a good set up? Can I buy it on line. Sorry to sound like a newbie but I have only towed a simple trailer and didnt think I need a distribution hitch and sway control unless Im towing a toy box.

Im considering doing the air bags just because I already have a big air compressor for my air horns so I would just need to add the bags and a gauge, but if your saying there is NO point at all and it will NOT help then I wont even waste my time on it. I guess a weight distribution hitch and sway control is a better option?
So you believe if I get a correct size drop down hitch and level the trailer out completely straight I should be fine with having no sway?
im telling you i pull enough things even with my truck lifted. get you about a 10-12" drop hitch, pull the rhino all the way up and call it a day. you might get a little sag and that may actually help level the trailer.

I am saying that there is a point, and that is you will see some droop in the rear end. How much? Can't say. It is really a preference thing. Do you mind if your truck sags in the back when towing? I'll put it this way, IMO, it won't hurt if you have them or not. Personally, I would add them if you already have the compressor.
Let someone else chime in here. Maybe another guy has a different opinion.

3000 lbs?.....that's nothing, quit worring about air bags, WD hitchs, tire flexing...just load the trailer front heavy enough to get at least 10%-12% tongue weight and go!
If it seems the tail is wagging a bit, move the Rino up about 2 ft and that should do it...a 3000 lb trailer is nothing for a modern 1/2 truck...
But...(there's always a butt...) with those size tires I'd give myself plenty of stopping room. If you plan on using that trailer more then just a couple of times, have some electric brakes installed...

You're gonna need a huge drop shank on your hitch and it needs to be rated enough for the weight you're gonna pull. Be sure to use a Weight Distribution hitch with Ainti-Sway for 5,000-lbs or more. I'd assume you'll be just fine with just a 12"-18" drop shank for the rhino.
I will measure tonight to see what size drop shank I need. So measure 16' from the ground up and then see how much more I need to the hitch and thats how I know what size drop shank I need?

Yea I figured theres no point of anything besides a big drop down shank and just pull the rhino all the way up to the front for proper towing and no fishtailing on the road.
Ordered the 18' drop down shank from action accessories today, thanks a lot for the help everyone. Hope this will give me a nice smooth tow with out the swinging on the road.
