I have 2 JL 10" w1 subs, and i am wondering if there is a custom box on the market that is better than others???

No reason to lok any further than tech12volts services. Look him up on here, or go to his web site and tell him what your looking for, he can make you the crem de la crem and have it all set up for your subs. Just look at all the happy customers he has on Titan talk alone, let alone all the other sites he frequents. Good people and good product!
