How many hours would you estimate for the total install, not including the parts fabrication? I'm talkin sound deadening, speakers, sub box and wiring...

Dude your system set up is redunkulous!!!!

could you possible build me a rear seat amp rack like yours? i can have my shop drill the holes for the wiring of my amps but can you make one for me with all the neccessary factory cut outs that you did... and all the proper rear spacing needed... this is the best install i have ever seen!!! there is no way that you have not had any previous training or work experience in car audio and fabrication... your work is amazing....
too bad you are not in louisiana cause i would pay you big bucks to completely do my system....

AWESOME JOB!!!

I love the way you installed your amps and all behind the seat. Im fixing to do something very much like that. I have a qeustion though. Do all those amps fit behind the seat without altering the seats? Looks like it would be a tight fit.

Also, would you happen to have the deminsions for the mdf board you made?

If you have a newer truck with a power rear window, I don't think you can mount an amp rack on the rear cab wall in the same manner.

Really? That would suck. I do have a 2008 CC SE with the larger rear electric window. Maybe I would have to just alter it somewhat to have it fit around that. I was going to make a sub box/ amp rack under the rear seats but there isnt enough room. I dont want to mount under the seats so the back is the only option left.

Re: Audio Install (3 amps, Changer, HU, Matrix, Comps, Subs, PacSWIX, Optima, Sirius)

I took a ton of measurements today, unfortunately, no way to put an amp rack behind the rear seat in models with a power rear window There just wouldn't be enough room for amps to breath if room for the seats to fold up at all. I am probably going to put one where the jack is mounted, and another under drivers seat. Another TT member did a thread on mounting an amp where the jack is and I really liked it.

Re: Audio Install (3 amps, Changer, HU, Matrix, Comps, Subs, PacSWIX, Optima, Sirius)

I am amazed by not just the work done on the truck, but also the effort put forth to share with other Titan owners. I sold my Armada, and have a Titan very similarly optioned as the OP's. My 14 year old son wants to modify the stock RF system. I showed him what we 'should' do...showing him this thread. And he's blown away........we might just do this. lol
