center speaker --how do you get to it?

I want to put a small coaxial up front in that location under the dash and keep it stock looking stock

any ideas or directions? I have the manual but I cant figure how to pop that center peice up to get to the speaker

Look at IP-12 of the manual. You first remove the radio bezel, then the dash section that surrounds the bezel.

looking to upgrade from my 9835 to the d310 with the external h701 processor

havent decided if it is worth the money or not to do it
