Aftermarket Rockford Fosgate subs

I've got two Rockford Punch 12's that were in my last car. I've had no luck selling them, so I'm thinking of trying to put one under my drivers seat.
The dimensions are Height 5-5/8", and Width 12-1/4".

Any chance I'll be able to fabricate something to hold one of these under there, or should I just put the crack pipe down?

Isn't that a "shallow" sub(i did look at that link)?

Yes, I think he said 5" high box was max. to fit under the seat.
