Question best sub box

when i have my box built for my truck should i have one long box built
or 2 single boxes and should i have the box sealed and ported. im trying to make this sound good so i need your help. thanks

if you want good clean sound always use a ported box
and it doesn't matter what shape the box, you just need the recommended airspace and port size that is required of those subs.

Unfortunately its much more involved than that. Especially if you are trying to go ported. For the most part ported will get louder but not be as tight and punchy that most people like. The other problem with ported is it requires more airspace to make the subs work properly. This is something the Titan lacks, a lot of space. Ported boxes are much more difficult to build to sound good.

My opinion is a sealed box is better in a Titan. They take up less room and you can have 2 subs instead of 1 that most ported setups will allow.

As mentioned before Tech12volts has built hundreds of these things and knows all sorts of different options based on price and music preference. I'd start there.

just ordered mine, as far as price, the best around. i called a few local shops just cause i want it now and they cant touch his price. guess im waiting 2 weeks.
