Bose CD changer

Does anyone know if the OEM Bose 6-disc head unit out of the Armada's will work with the Titan? I think Bose usually requires their own speakers, but I wasn't sure. I know someone that is getting rid of theirs and just thought that I could have a back-up deck around just incase my RF unit ever decided to fail.
Thanks in advance,
Jesse

Not really sure but you are right about the speakers. Most of the Bose speakers have their own amp built into it.

The way to find out is to spend some time comparing the Armada A/V wiring diagram with the Titan. However, if the Bose system in the Armada is paterned after that in the Pathfinder then it would not work as a simple plug and play in the Titan. The Pathfinder Bose system (2000 and 2001) has amplifiers as an integral part of the housing for the two front door speakers and a separate amp for the rear speakers. This configuration is no where near that of the Titan.
