Question Has anyone heard the JL ?

Has anyone heard the JL StealthBox for the Titan Crew Cab?
Or does anyone have it? How much is it, I cant find any prices on the Web?
Does this thing pound, or is it worth it to build a custom set up?
I have a Hifonics ZEUS that pushes 400watts Mono RMS at 4 ohms when bridged.
This amp used to kick the snot out of my Single Rockford fosgate 12" DVC HX2 Sub in my old car,
do you think it will be enough to push the two subs in the JL box?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I have heard it. Your best source for pricing is your local authorized dealer as they set the actual selling price. There are no authorized internet retailers. Suggested retail for this Stealthbox is $699.95.

W3's like 300 watts each but I think 400 shoudl do the trick. The box is usualy wired for 4 ohm mono with 2 ohm subs in series.

The power handling specs are based upon heat not how much power the woofer needs to operate.

The box specs says 600 watts, is that RMS?
Will my 400 watt Hifonics Zeus be enough to push this box sufficiently?

setitan, yes that is RMS, you can run it with 400 watts though.

JLTD, I alwayse thoguht that the RMS power was rated at the minimum amount of power needed to reach X-max, although I also know max recomended power depends on heat. Are you saying that the subs will be just as loud and able to reach their x-max with 100 wats less than their maximum power?

JLTD... how does it sound? Is it going to bounce the hell out of whoever is sitting behind the passanger seat? Or will the bass be consistant around the entire vehicle?

I am new here, but last weekend I had install 2 12" JL W1-8 these is a new version that JL came out just about a few weeks ago they still haven't yet posted in their website. Those are rated 225 rms each, I am pumping those with a Total Mobile 500watts rms Amp http://www.totalmobileaudio.com/amps/T5001/index.html. It sound awesome very loud. I had a custom box made for kingcab, I really recommand JL sub

are you running them in parallel or something? Why did you buy the 8 ohm version?

Also I would like to see a pic of the 12's in the KC!
