Something bad to say about knukonceptz

I finally have my stereo done in my truck, I used all knukonceptz wire and I have on complaint about there product.

The ends RCAs break in half very easy. As I was test fitting the amp behind the seat I would put the seat up and down to check for clearence. while doing this 3 of my 4 RCA ends snapped off IN THE AMP!! The male part of the connecter (+) breaks off of the female part (-). I had to disassemble my amp and push the pins out from the inside.

Other than that there products work great.

Sorry about your luck....I just installed a 2ch and 4ch set with no problems. I hope that you sent them back and they gave you new ones.

I haven't contacted them. If anyone is to blame it was me, had I known there cables had a weak spot there it could have been avoided. I just ran and grabbed some monster cables for $40 to replace them.

I would buy there products again, and just treat them gentler than I would with other cables.

All the other stuff (distro blocks, battery terminals, wires) I ordered from them was top notch. I just thought I would post this so hopefully someone else learns from my mistake.

I bought all my wiring through KnuKonceptz and was very pleased with not only their quality but also their pricing. I do have a similar complaint though. The RCA's I bought aren't very sturdy, at least not for my rough handling. They are top quality, but be careful not to pull at the wire. I had a tough time getting a hand on the actual connector, but that should be the only method of disconnecting a interconnect. I pulled two wires from the end plugs. One I was able to reinsert, the other I had to solder the wire back. Other than that, their stuff is top notch and their customer service is great.

I got the Silver and Blue RCA's and what I noticed is that when you plug them in they plug in real tight, like you can't really rotate them or anything. I have not had any problems with them and have removed them several times but I always pulled on the ends of the plug not on the cable so far. I htink it's a good thing they are tight ensuring a real nice seal and connection, on the other hand I'll be it adds to the problem of yanking on the cable part and having the ends come off.
