Through the cab mounted brake light. In the rear cabin there are two plastic 'caps' covering the access holes for the brake light attachment bolts. Pop the caps off then using a deep socket (7mm if memory serves) loosen one nut most of the way off and take the other completely off. You can now fish the antenna wire through the resulting hole into the cabin. Route the wire under the edge of the headliner and down to the cabin floor. From there route to the receiver location.
Position the wire on the outside of the cabin such that it goes under the brake light from on the 'down side', then fasten the brake light into position.
Thanks eakes, I had the Sirius car kit in another vehicle I traded on this Titan and I wanted to use the OE headunit until the guy at the dealer to me it was going to be $500 for the receiver and antenna. I knew there had to be some way to get thru from the brake light. I popped off one of the caps but figured I should check first. You ran the wire in from the bottom of the light ?
The actual antenna is magnetic, of course. I positioned the antenna a few inches forward of the brake light on the top of the cab. I then dressed the wire around the side of the light and positioned it such that it ran up the outside wall of the cabin and then through the hole in the roof. The outside portion of the light does not fit flush to the cabin, only the rubber gasket on the inner portion of the light. i tucked the wire into the area between the inner and outer section of the light and routed it such that it entered the gasket area on the lower side of the light. this was to prevent any moisture from seeping down the wire to the inside.
Another alternative is to position the antenna inside on the dash near the windshield. I tried this position using another antenna (didn't want to remove the one on the roof just for a trial) and did not notice much difference between the dash and roof mount. I use XM and am in the Dallas area and it is possible the terrestial transmitters used in this area may have affected my test. You may wish to try this position for the antenna before moving to the roof option.
i tried the dash location also here in NC, but the signal was crap, so i guess it just depends on where you are, for me the roof was the best place for the ant., i just happen to have run the wire through the brake light also
Where does the factory sat radio antenna come through into the cab? Is there another hole in the roof or what? If you were really carefull and knew what you were doing you could (cringe!) drill a small hole in the roof and seal it around the wire with silicone or something. Not sure if this would work and I probably wouldn't have the guts to drill into the roof of a 30k truck, but it is an idea!

I am having my Sirius factory unit installed at the dealer tomorrow. The antenna that Nissan uses for Sirius units is attached to the inside of the windshield near the mirror. No hole to the outside. I understand it is called a SIGMA. I tried to get more info from the board about it, but got no responses. That's what I know. By the end of the week, I will tell how it works.
cm, I installed the OEM Sirius with SIGMA antenna about two months ago. Although I have no other sat installation to compare it with, I'm very impressed with the signal strength/reliability and especially the sound quality. The antenna is just about invisible from the inside (i.e. not in your line of sight very often), and can't be seen from the outside of the truck. It isn't a "micro" antenna, however.
Had I seen your earlier post, I would've responded - I've been away from TT this past week. Several other members have SIGMAs too. So will you tomorrow.

Marty, call Jamie at Marlboro Nissan, 1-800-689-6560 (TitanParts247.com, one of our sponsors). I paid $63 not including shiping. Retail is $74. I ordered the antenna, receiver and brackets - this the $346.80 "kit" you'll find on their web site.
I read somewhere that the Sigma is only sold thru Nissan and Toyota. I sure couldn't find it at any of the web car audio stores.
Got my Sirius with SIGMA installed. Everything is perfect. Sound quality like a CD. O interruptions, so far. I live in a rural area and have had no problems. Antenna is attached in the blackout section around the mirror. YOu rarely notice it from the inside and not at all from the outside.
I didn't know what I was missing with the satellite radio. Great.
