Can someone tell me where I can get polly fill (the stuff you put in speaker boxes)? Can I get it at home depot or will I have to go to a radio shop?

Wal-Mart has it in the fabric/sewing department department. They use it to fill pillows.

I bought some of the poly fill at wally world. How are you guys using it I mean you surely don't just pour it into the speaker box? Is there some kind of cloth bag or something to contain the material before putting it into the box?

Don't use the shreded type, use the batt type. Don't pack it, but loosly fill the box, be sure the polyfill isn't touching the speaker cone.
