I scored a new in box Alpine CDA-9835 today. They are going for $380 on ebay for used, I got new with full warranty for $385 from a local shop. Now to plan the install! I need to figure out where to fit my JL 300/2 and 500/1 amps, along with the pair of 10W3v2 subs. I've been watching the other King Cab installs on here with great interest.
If you can't do subs under rear seat, I put one 10 (although a 12 would fit) sws-10 shallow mount sub under the drivers seat. At first it sounded ok, but after playing with it a little, I got it to sound frickin fantastic. I have my amps, xbox, brainbox for the HU, power inverter, sirius unit, and distro blocks all hidden so I can still fold the seats up and take advantage of the rear area.

Where did you put the amps distro block etc?

Have the amp (one 5 ch usamp, but there is room for another) distro blocks, and power inverter on the back wall, the sub under the drivers seat, and everything else under the passenger seat.
I will soon be putting in the kenwood nav box under the passenger seat, and a few 7" EDI subs in the doors along with another pair of Ology speakers in the rear doors.
Then I don't know I am running out of stuff I cram in my KC
Amps, under the drivers seat, you also need some new components.
Subs under the rear seats of course. If your going with JL W3's you might want to see what they come out with for a stealthbox for the KC.
I have some Boston Acoustics RC820 components that I pulled from my F-150 along with my subs and amps before I traded it in. They are 5x7, but should work until I can find/afford a set of the Boston pro series. I have a set of the old Pro 6.3 speakers in my wheelin truck that I could pull and put in the Titan if necessary. The deck is what was holding me up. I don't plan on running any rear door speakers at all, and haven't in my last 3 trucks. I usually leave the stock ones in there wired to deck power but faded off...just in case I have amp problems I can still listen to something.
I'm going to measure for boxes under the front seats, but I think the 10W3's are too deep. If JL will sell me just the enclosure for a reasonable price I'd buy theirs. I had their center console stealthbox in my F-150, it rocked! If not I'll be breaking out the fiberglass supplies for a custom molded setup. I've even considered gutting the center console and putting a custom box there.

Is there any space on the rear wall for amps? I'd like to keep as much hidden as possible. My XM receiver definately needs to find a home back there.
I owuld not runt he stok speakers off the an aftermarket HU...they are 2 ohms which foreces the HU to using higher current than it is made for. just disconnect them compleatly...or run them both off 1 channel.

i have the CDA 9835!!! great head unit! i got it when i first came out. LAST of the good ALPINES in my opinion. does everything i need it to do, and sounds AWESOME with just two new infinity references in the back [CC]. plan to upgrade the rest, but money is an issue at the moment. GOOD LUCK with everything, and hope u enjoy it as much as i do.

With them being 2 ohms I'll purchase a cheap set just to throw in there.
