help with aux input

I am currently running my satelite radio through my aux plug and the sound is lower than the radio setting. is there anyway to boost output in the aux? and if so how do i go about doing it?

This guy had the same issue

HELP!!...My Xm is installed but it is not loud

I believe post 11 is the solution
