I want to replace my front and rear door speakers and I dont know what I need to sound good and not be too expensive. I have a pioneer 8600mp cd player and 2 10"s and a 1000watt amp on them. Do I need another amp to power my new door speakers? What brand sound good and is cheap?

You can power off of the deck with some aftermarket speakers and it would be an improvement over stock, but getting an amping them would be much much better.
How much money are you looking to spend?
I would focus on the front speakers, and leave the rears alone for now. Best sound is achived w/o rears (fade mostly to the front).
A decent pair of speakers for the fronts will run you anywhere from $200-$600, depending on what you want. A decent 4 channel amp (you can get a 4 or a two, depending if you want to amp the rears or not) will run you $150-$2000 depending on what you want to do.
What amp/subs are you currently running? Are you satisfied with them? These questions will help me make suggestions based on what "level" of equipment your looking for. I.E. if you spent $300 on your amp and subs I don't think your ready to blow $2500 on amps and speakers...
Go to eBay and get a decent set of Infinity (the reference series would be perfect for rears) 6.5 or 6.75's. You can get them for $50-$75. They will be perfect for rear fill.....
For the front's, Do a search on 6x9's, or if you want a better sound, find a nice set of 6.5's and build a mounting bracket for it. (do a search for write ups)
For the 6x9's, infinity, Boston acoustic, Memphis, and MB Quart all have reasonably priced, good quality speakers. If you want to go the better route with the 6.5's, the sky is the limit. If I was you, I would go check out a couple of stereo shops and demo what they have to offer. They will all claim that they have the best there is to offer, but make up you own mind on what sounds good to you. ED's, B/A, Focal, are top notch, but you will pay for them.
I just bought off of Ebay the following
Polk db6500 6.5 inch component speakers for the fronts. $122 w/shipping
Polk db650 6.5 inch 2 ways for the rear doors $60 w/shipping
Lightning Audio Bolt 300.4 Amp - $50 w/shipping
That's $232 and throw in another $30-40 for a wiring kit gets you under that $300 mark. I spent the extra money for a good quality speaker like the Polk. Alpine makes speakers that fit in the Titan which were my second choice. SPS-171A's 6.5 inch components in the front and SPS-170A's 6.5 2way for the rear doors are virtually the same price as the Polks. I took a flier on the Lightning Audio amp. It's supposed to be made by Rockford Fosgate and for $50 it was worth a try. I wanted to get the Alpine MRP-F240 amp, but it costs about $150 on ebay. Even if you went with the Alpine amp you are looking at $325 for speakers and amp. The cool thing would have been to match up my Rockford Fosgate P3002 amp with the P4004 amp, but that costs over $200 is almost 7 inches wider than the Alpine. I don't want my entire cab to be covered in Amps. Now all I have to do is install all this stuff!

well for 3 bills, its hard to do. Your definently only doing the fronts on $300. Get a hifonics amp, the titan series would be good.
For under $200 for an amp I reccomend hifonics because they have a ton of power, put out nearly what they are rated for, and aren't complete distortion.
Finding a good pair of speakers in a $150 is up to you. I don't reccomend the Alpines, I tried them this year and they sounded horrible in my setup. The memphis sounded good but had some really bright highs... after a week or two they were too bright. I did the JL VRs and wasn't satisfied with those either.
When I first started doing car stereo upgrades I swore by infinity. They were the best I could get locally.
I still like there tweeters but I am a fan of a harsher alum tweeter. I like that kind of sound
I haven't heard the model you mentioned but the infinitys in general have a weak low end a strong high end. If your going for that then those would work fine. My tastes would steer me towards those over many many other brands.
