some sub questions

From what I remember, the rockford fosgate shallow mount subs were supposed to come out sometime this month, but for some reason they have been removed from their website and crutchfields, whats going on? Anybody have any info on this?

Aside from the rockford fosgate subs, I am planning on putting 2 12" subs under the backseat of my king cab. I plan on using the supercrew sound box because I am not very good at building things and I want to have a good box in my truck. Anyway, what I am looking for is the most possible bass I can get without raising/removing/losing legroom in the back seats. I definately want 12s over 10s, and I am sticking to this box(unless somebody can show me a better one for cheap). They claim up to 6.25" mounting depth and airspace of .75ft per sub. Anybody have some suggestions for what subs I should get?

Re: some sub questions

I was looking at the Kodas which look pretty nice, and would fit the airspace of the box im ggetting perfect(.5-1.5 for sealed). I just was wondering what the mounting depth is on the Kodas? Also what would be a good single amp for 2 12" Kodas? Keeping in mind it has to go behind the seat of my king cab and im looking for lots of bass. They say 300 watts rms for each, so would a 1000 watt monoblock sub work? Im an idiot when it comes to audio.

Re: some sub questions

Anybody?

Suggestions for the most bass possible under the backseat. Unless I see some pics of the raised rear seat and know that it will be easy thats problably not an option, because that would also require me to build my own box.

Is it possible to get 1.0ft3 per sub under a king cab?

Re: some sub questions

It hurts that no one is paying attention to this thread... I feel your pain man.

Let me get this straight you want to get 2 12s in a kc without losing space?

and you want the box to be prefab?

My only suggestion is to wait for elegonics to get theres done, probably a week or two since they now have a KC to make boxes for... or call them and have them whip up a custom one while they have a truck
