AVN Install

Thinking about Installing a Eclipse AVN 5435 and wanted opinions. Also can you use the Metra 99-7406 for a Double Din install or would the XE Bezel be better? I would like to keep the same brushed Aluminium bezel. Also are there any issues with the install I should be aware of before purchase?

Thanks for any ideas and help

Re: AVN Install

i think the factory bezel will look better. I had a 2494 which is a similar chassis using a aftermarket bezel. it's got some gaps vs. factory from pics i saw.

this is mine below

Re: AVN Install

Its one of the best... i chose the AVIC-Z1 personally... but they are both very similar in comparison and price. i have an 06 with the lcd A/C gauges (which isnt all that cool if you ask me... its a pain to adjust the air really quickly...) anyways... i havent seen any "stock" silver aftermarket bezels yet. you could always paint yours...
