How do yoy think these amp will work

I'm tring to decide what amps to use for my install. I'm using the MTX thunder form subs and was planning on using an alpine mrp 350 to power it. I'm using 6.5 performance MB Quart components in the front and rear that I was planning on using 2 alpine mrp F 240's bridged to power the front and rears 100x2. I'm keeping the RF head unit and using a RF 3sixty to tie the system together. I'm using a RF 1 F cap.
My questions are do you think the amps will be enough power to the speakers? I'm going for sq more than spl. I do already have the amps but would be willing to do something else. I've thought about some old school PPI art series amp. But not sure how they would look Black truck gray leather. I'm also intrested to see if anyone sees anything I'm missing. I haven't decided on which sound deadener yet. I want something that reasonable works well and won't smell when it gets hot. Tahnks in advance all comments welcome
