i have an LOC hooked up in my 04 cherokee with 2 alpine 12 type r's....i have an alpine amp pushing 400 rms @my ohm load... the problem is the bass seems to just not do it, dont really know how to explain it... my LOC is a scosche from wally world, it has 8 speaker inputs on one side than can be output on the other side as speaker or RCA.... it also has a switch on the side with these positions: common ground/factory amp/line out. i have the switch at line out and speaker input from driver side only.. i have it hooked to (on converter) RF in+ and LF out - then i have a jumper wire from RF - to LF + is this ok or do i need to tap from passenger side also ( i dont think this is neccesary) or should i hook to RF only and jump from +RF to +LF and same with negative? any input would be outstanding....
nvm.. i got it now!! wow... lots more power, had to turn amp way down.. to think ive been missing all that power... sheesh.. i hooked driver side to right channel input and jumped from there to left channel and viola! thanks anyway...
