Question where to mount crossovers?

Im having trouble finding a place to mount the crossovers for the rear set of speakers in my CC. Theyre the Infinity kappa perfect 6.1's (the crossover is pretty big). Where did you guys mount yours?

Re: where to mount crossovers?

Hey Best, can you make the photo a little bigger please? It's hard to make out the details.

That's a nice install! You and Sammy did some major overhaulin to your sound systems, didn't you? How long was your truck down for it?

Re: where to mount crossovers?

hmm i guess that could work. I remember my installer saying something about there being plugs on the doors n thats why he was debating about where to mount.

Re: where to mount crossovers?

Crossover can pick up noise easy....if you mount in doors keep away from door switches...

I mounted mine under the seat for easy access.....

i managed to mount them in the door, sort of in the armrest indent. Its a good ways away from the switches. I must say, the system is LOUD!. Its finally complete after so long....lol... Now it just needs to be fine tuned.
