New pics of sub box and amp install

Pics of sub box from tech12volt loaded with Punch Stage 2 DVC. Box fits exactly like it should. Subs fit like a glove too.

Amp install under the seat. I think it looks good enough. Let the flaming begin.

I did all the hooking up myself. Subs dual 4 ohm wired in Parallel = 2 ohm, from what I read. Amp Punch 500.2 250 watts RMS X 2 at 2 ohm. I used both channels as you can see from the picture. Friend said wire it Bridged, I said no way makes it a 1 ohm load from what I read again. Amp is only 4 ohm stable bridged. Figured I'd blow it up??

New Deck Pioneer 7800 is on the way.. Can't wait to hear tech12volt's box.

All this low voltage/ohm stuff is killing me.. I'm a lineman "high voltage electrician" used to working with 2400/4160V or 7200/12470V. I think I got it though.

Re: New pics of sub box and amp install

Looks great! I'll bet it'll sound as good as it looks! Hey, why not install a substation and a transformer in your bed? Then you can juice that thing up right! Let us know how these puppies sound when you get it all hooked up!

I just ordered one from tech12volt today! I was going to go with Rockford's at one point so I'm curious to see how you like them. Do you have a kc or cc?

Re: New pics of sub box and amp install

Will let you know how they sound when complete. OMG, substation and transformer. Would have to be Wye/Wye connection to at least eliminate harmonics
