Sirius Sportster 4 Install

I've installed the antenna through the 3rd brake light.

I've also figured that for power the best option appears to be putting another 12v socket behind the dash and using the supplied adaptor.

So what's the best way to go for the input?

Does this do it all:

or will I also need to buy this also to make up for weak output:

I just installed my XM and ran the power cable under behind the radio bezel. I'll try to post some pictures here. I resized them, so hopefully they aren't huge.
