Re: eclipse dvd nav install question

The double din kit is from the XE, go to the dealer and the parts dept should have it for you. The nav is very easy, just pop in the disc and it pinpoints your location. I think the 5500 doesnt even use a disc, so its that much easier. Just turn it on.

The only set up you might need to do is select your region...But, it should do that automatically.

Congrats on the Eclipse...you're gonna like it.

Re: eclipse dvd nav install question

thanks guys i wasnt sure if i should give it a go,weather or not it was gonna be to much work because i got the eclipse avn5500,2 pair of xr650cxi jls,one pair of xr100-ct jl tweeters and 2 jl amps(500/1 and 300/4) along with a box from tech12volt and a 10w3v3 and cap. im pretty capable but this is alot of **** and was worried about the factory finish and keeping it looking as stock as i could.ive never ripped apart a new truck before.
