Titan Speaker Size

Just wondering is anyone has switched out there stock speakers and if so what size and quality were the larger ones in the doors. Also how difficult was it to get them out?? I have 8 brand new 6.5 speakers that I have nothing to do with so I thought about swapping out the stocks.

Re: Titan Speaker Size

I replaced mine with Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1. One set in the front and one in the rear 6.5" round speakers. They fit with minimal modding, had to make a speaker baffle for the front doors. The tweeters mounts had to be modded a bit. It was easy to install though.

Re: Titan Speaker Size

I put JBL GT series 6 x 9's in the front doors and 5 1/2" in the rear doors. I also installed some tweeters on the upper end of the door pillars. It's not hard to swap out at all.
