Little Help Please (rammatt,wiring,ect)

Hello all, I am in need of some help before I go to work on my titan. I Have a 05 titan crew cab. I am doing a complete audio overhaul. Current sytem:

Alpine 9875
Focal polyglass frontstage and coaxil for rear
Downfiring 2 10's box
PPI art series AX400 (best sq amp ever made-owned since 1996)

New system components sitting in my closet

Eclipse cd500
CDT M6 braxil with upstage and no rearfil
sundown audio 4.100 and 2.100
Tech12volt single sub box with amp rack.
CDT sq10 red
3 rolls of rammatt bxt and 8 yards of ensolite (3cans of spray)

Here is wher you guys come in.
1. How much bxt do I need to put a single layer on everything(headliner, floor, door in and out, rearwall, pillars and inside plastic of doors)I have heard many theory, but no one who has used it.
2. My amp is currently under the front seat, what length rca to run for amp under rear seat?
3. Any tips on running wire to avoid noise. I have non now, however when I take everything out I want to run the wires properly?
4. Any tips on running the wires through the door boot. I currently am just using factory wire through the door.
5. Any and all tips you have used on your install, Maybe tools, technique, material. I am trying to avoid as many unessary trips to the home depot!!
6. Any problems you had with interior removal?
7. I have spent 4 weeks of nightly research on titan talk for tips, but please add any threads you used that help. I want to learn from your mistakes!!!

Re: Little Help Please (rammatt,wiring,ect)

Be careful with the door panels I ripped one because teh lip would not pop out. Id order another roll or 2 of BXT. I put 2 layers on everything except some places on the floor. I don't remember how much ensolite I used, But I used alot! I think like 4 or 5 cans.

I still have not done the ceiling. I tried to double up the BXT for the doors and trippled in some areas. everything not deadened still vibrates, and even some thigns i deadened still vibrate....

I ran the power wire down the passenger side and around to the amps under the drivers seat (distro block in the rear drivers corner). Then I ran the RCA's down the center under the center console (I think it was actualy unde r it) I ran speaker wires from the amps to the front using the same channel as the power wire ont he drivers side(but since it stopped at the seat it is not next to it). I put my crossovers for my fronts under the dash tucked under the steering wheel area (this came apart pretty easy). crossovers for my DLS coax I just put inside the door and secured them on the bottom with duct tape and deadener lol).

Also the center console was a bit tricky to take apart.

Re: Little Help Please (rammatt,wiring,ect)

door boots are easy. pop them off then push the wire through it and pop then back on.

when you pull of the door handle it will feel like it wont come out but eventually it will.
