but in general does the titan deal well with rattling or extra noise since it isnt in a trunk?

and going for a factory look .. i like how you got the nissan "burger" up under the carpet .. i see you're in Georgia or so . . dude .. i dunno if i'm infringing on board rules.. but, to send a box like that to Houston .. whatcha got? .. i have a dealer here that did my A/V setup in my truck for 6 bills . . an 11'' flipdown and 6.5'' DIN am/fm/cd/dvd .. but, they also carry memphis amps and subs .. i knew one sub would be enough when he showed me his in his bmw and i heard what like to make my ears bleed .. what power amp do ya recommend or have and which model sub .. just in case i missed it in my bacardi induced haze at this hour ? thanks ..

No. Rattles have more to do with volume and frequency. Your definately gonna want to do some sound deadening in the Titan though.
