2004-2005 have small square spacers. 2006-2007 have thin round pads. This mini seat lift is great and doesn't affect the head room or the comfort of the seat. Gives more room for up and down firing enlclosures and allows for deeper 10's to fire forward.

I did something similar, but used rubber pads underneath the OEM square rubber pads ('04 CC.) It gave just a wee bit more room above the surrounds, but every bit helps. The seats still latch. Overtime the pads have got flattened out from passengers. I may have upgrade to what you've done here, looks good. BTW, no change in seat comfort/headroom (not sure what all the fuss is about) but I do have a CC.

I'm trying this out on my CC so that I can fit a front-firing 10. I bought some spacers about like you have and I'm pushing down on the seat and the lever at the same time to get it to latch. When it finally does latch I've got at most an even 10" of room in the front.
Has anyone tried picking up some round flash washers and putting them between the seat frame and the body of the truck on just the front. I'm seeing where the seat frame bolts to the truck and if I put a washer under it on just the front side bolts and the front middle bolts then I could get some more spacing. Technically this would be putting pressure on the frame but I doubt it would take much spacing to achieve a lot more height and wouldn't have a problem with it latching.
Just did this on my crew cab. I couldn't find the pads like you had, but I just stacked some washers and tightened them down and put nylon nuts on the end of the screws so the vibrations won't loosen them.

I tried this in my CC, and the seats won't latch, even with 1/8 inch bumpers added. The Titan is our family rig, so I have car seats, and wonder if there are safety issues if the seats don't latch down? Help please.
In all honestly most rear seats don't latch anyway. Ford, Chevy and so on. If you put any amount of pressure on the Titan the latch will not hold. I recommend screwing the box to the floor if you are concerned for passengers.
I did this after seeing this site but i used a 5/8" mdf and cut it the same shape as the rubber pads. I now have room to put forward 12" and the seat is still comfortable. The seat no longer latches but thats ok with me (The wife hates it). But all in all everything came out great thanks.
They've gotta have one hell of an incline. I got my 10" front firing and I can't imagine a 12" fitting in there. I barely had enough depth for the magnet with the 10" and the angle of the seat.
