2004-2005 have small square spacers. 2006-2007 have thin round pads. This mini seat lift is great and doesn't affect the head room or the comfort of the seat. Gives more room for up and down firing enlclosures and allows for deeper 10's to fire forward.

not sure what you mean I don't see any spacers on my 2005....

I did something similar, but used rubber pads underneath the OEM square rubber pads ('04 CC.) It gave just a wee bit more room above the surrounds, but every bit helps. The seats still latch. Overtime the pads have got flattened out from passengers. I may have upgrade to what you've done here, looks good. BTW, no change in seat comfort/headroom (not sure what all the fuss is about) but I do have a CC.

Anything will work to space the seat. This definately should be stuck.
