04 no sat upgrade?

Stock RF unit in my 04 is acting up. CD's won't play/load or eject, now I cannot listen to radio while playing DVD for the kids. Instead of paying to fix I was considering swapping in a newer unit with Siriuis capability. I already have the portable units but I'm kinda sick of the wires everywhere.

Input is appreciated.

Thanks Mike.
