Contoured King Cab & Crew Cab Enclosures

Well here are a couple of contoured enclosures that I built today . One is for a king cab for a member on here and the other is for a crew cab for another member. . These are made to flow with the seat.

I will build more of these but i have to admit they take twice as long to build and will cost more. Quite a bit more.

Sweet! I miss my bass so much... On a good note though the new owner of my eD/tech12volt setup is very happy and already has them hooked up.

these boxes will run 250 plus shipping with out any amp rack. And let me explain something some of the new member may not realize. To some 250 dollars may seem expensive when you can go on ebay and buy a Titan prefab for 80 bucks.

All of me enclosures are made of the highest quality door grade mdf. there are 3 grades 1. shop grade lowest grade sold at home depot and lowes . 2 industrial grade . contractors grade sold at contractors lumber suppliers. 3 door grade . best grade of mdf. This is sold do door manufactures and is used to make verh heavy duty doors. Each enclosure is Probond glued stapled and liquid nail is shot in every joint. Then the enclosure is fiberglassed resined internally with highest grade fiberglass resin you can buy. The resin i use is used in the manufacturing of fine granite looking tubs and showers.. Once built and resined i let them cure for 4 days before i router all the corners and edges round and cut the holes. It sits for atleast 4 more days before it will be carpeted . I add the logo and carpet it with only two seams in the carpet and they are in in the back. once carpeted its boxes up in thick cardboard and about a roll of shipping tape.
