Easiest way to tap into the vss wire??????

I installed an avic d3 today.Everything is tied in except for the vss wire. I did a search on here and found some info on it but nothing accurate. i have a 2005 cc se. I have no oem nav and my oem H/U is the non RF 6disc changer. Any help will be greatly appreciated

its the speed sensor wire. For nav to work correctly i believe it does have to be hooked up
