Other bits and pieces to make my system work?

Ok...I need to know what all I need in order to make what I have work. I need to know what I am missing. This means: speaker wires, amplifier kits, wiring kits, whatever other kind of kits i cannot think of, circuit breaker, capacitor....what do I need? All of this stuff I have is useless if I do not know what I need to buy for all of the little in between stuff to put it all together. I mean today I just found out I had to buy a PAC SWI-PS. So far here is what I have...I need ya'll to fill in the blanks for what I am missing. I don't want to go off half-****ed here and not have everything that I need.

Here is what I have:

Pioneer Avic-Z2
Pioneer ND-BC20PA Backup Camera
Pioneer ND-BT1 Bluetooth Adapter
Pioneer CD-IB100II I-Pod Adapter
SIRIUS SIR-PNR2
JL Audio 500/1
JL Audio 10W3V3-4 (2)
Tech12Volt Sub Box
Alpine PDX - 4.100
Alpine SPX-17REF (2 sets front doors and rear doors)
Scosche NN03B / NN03
Scosche NDAB
Metra Double Din Dash Kit
PAC SWI-PS(Ordered it today)
Sound Deadener - Fat Mat
Optima Yellow Top Battery (Reverse Terminal)

The rest is up to you guys. SKU numbers or names of items would be a big help, so I can order this stuff. Thanks.

Re: Other bits and pieces to make my system work?

4gauge amp wiring kit. Check out the wire itself before purchasing to see how thick/how many strands are in the cable. You'll notice the difference with the cheap stuff and the quality ones this way. I prefer the kits since you don't have to go and buy your own separate end links/connections and fuse holders. But if you don't want a kit, you can also go to a local audio shop and buy your cables to length and pick out the fuse holder you like.

Twisted Pair RCA cables to run from the head unit to your amps. Length depends on where you're going to mount your amps.

A nice wire stripper to cut and strip your wiring

Several packs of butt connectors, and wire tapps (I prefer the wire taps that you can disconnect).

Heat shrink and/or electrical tape

Lots of zip ties

Wire looms to hide your wiring where it's exposed.

Self tapping screws to secure whatever you need down.

Re: Other bits and pieces to make my system work?

Ok cool. Let's just say for arguements sake that the amps will be mounted behind the backseat, which I dunno if that is possible or not since it is a King Cab, but I would rather overguess than underguess. I guess plan B if behind the backseat on a kingcab does not work then i mount them under the seats? Then about how long would the RCA's need to be? I need to know if behind the backseat is doable or not.

All of the info is great, but where do I buy this stuff from if I am just buying on my own? I am trying to avoid the local shops because they overprice their crap.

Oh....and time for a stupid question but is 4 GAUGE the same as 4 AWG wire? Also what about speaker wire? What do I need for that?
