Hello guys, I'm new to the site and need some help! I have a crew cab titan with 2 10-inch kicker CVRs and a kicker zx 750.1 pushing them. all the speakers and hu are stock, and the system sounds great, but i think im ready to add some aftermarket speakers. I really want to keep my 6-disc changer so I have made the decision to keep the factory hu and amp the speakers. Right now I'm leaning towards a kicker 350.4 and sticking with kicker on the speakers as well. heres my problem, if decide to do 4 matching components how hard is it to replace that awkward 2 inch tweeter on the dash with a smaller one, what can be done here?? or is it not really worth the trouble, and just to components in the back seat and stick with a 6x9 coaxial in the front?? Im also consider using a crossover between the two amps and seperating the frequencies before they get to the amp. thank you guys for reading, and I look forward to your responses!
Tech12Volt (James) is the in house car audio dealer, he is a site sponsor and can get you what you need. I suggest the REQ signal converter, sundown amps and I use CDT speakers. Kicker is ok, but there are better options out there for the money.

I think it'll be worth your while to go through the trouble of getting a good set of components up front. It's not too terribly involved.
I'm not much a fan of Kicker either but, considering most of your equipment is already kicker, might as well get what you want.
I used kicker 6 1/2 components in factory locations and as you can see from p dizzle's pics any semi flexible metal can be used to make the brackets for the tweeters. i used mdf to convert the factory 6x9 opening in front to a 6 1/2 and sprayed it with a flat black paint so it could not be seen thru the grill. i double stacked 5/8 mdf to make the rear speaker mounts in factory locations.
