Kicker? JLAudio? Who has an opinion!
Ao I am pretty set on Kicker's stuff. Seems pretty sick! But My friend is all about JLAudio! What do ya'll think? I am looking for a 10" sub and an amp!

I have all rockford but if I had to choose between the 2 ill get jl. Just my opinion
I had 2 w1 12's before I switched alot of my stuff and I was pretty satisified with the way they sounded. Also check out some things tech12volts has. Ive heard nothing but alot of great feedback from the stuff he has and sells, also builds.

Ive got a JL 10" W3 on JL 250watt amp and its enuff to fill a KC.

kickers stuff is nice, but it is going downhill fast honestly. imo. jl would probably be your best way to go for something like that. i have a kicker solo baric 15 l7 and a kicker 2000watt mono blocked amp and it is LOUDDDDDDDD!!! the more exspensive stuff from kicker is good. if you get 10's or 12's then get the comp or cvrs. pm me i have a buddy that owns 3 audio shops and i could probably get you a hell of a deal.

JL is the way to go, i have had my sub and amp for 3 years now and have yet to blow the sub or even blow a fuse in the amp and i listen to it at ridiculous levels, high enough to get me pulled over twice

Alpines digital amps aren't bad either. My dad's got two in his truck. They're just really expensive. Maybe cuz they're smaller?

really tech12? i paid 300 for a solobaric l7 15 and had it installed. as you are aware i didnt have it mounted in my kc. it is in a ported box strapped in with the seat belt behind the drivers side seat

oh my bad and i had a 2000watt mono blocked kicker amp installed too. all of it(the speaker, amp and installation 300bucks) bad deal?

The p2 series from Rockford Fosgate has never ever failed me, and I'm telling you that SunDown will be the best amp u can buy (especially for the money). I have heard many different amps and sundown is something else
 . Ohh, and I believe JL is much over priced and are not even top in quality anymore, u will be buying the name.
